McGill Staves Off Pesky Bishop’s Squad, Stays Perfect On The Season

McGill remained undefeated with a hard-fought 14–10 victory over Bishop’s on Thursday evening at Coulter Field. The two teams were separated by just one shot, with McGill holding a narrow 22–21 advantage, while the Gaiters remained within striking distance throughout the game. However, McGill found enough offence at key moments to maintain control down the stretch.

Zack Page helped put the game away late, scoring at 9:41 before adding another at 13:28 to complete the four-goal victory. Page and Liam Miletich led McGill with three goals apiece, while Callum Olson and Torsten Blodgett each added a pair. Alexander Lizotte and Gabe Young responded with three goals each for Bishop’s. The win improved McGill’s record to 4–0, while Bishop’s fell to 0–4 despite another competitive effort.
