Ottawa’s Offensive Explosion Overwhelms Carleton

Ottawa produced another dominant offensive performance, defeating Carleton 21–9 on Sunday afternoon. Samuel Ouellette opened the scoring 2:45 into the game as the Gee-Gees built a 7–3 advantage after the first quarter. Ottawa continued to pull away in the second, with Hunter Lubiniecki scoring twice and Julien Belair adding another pair, including the eventual game-winner 6:38 into the quarter. Carleton received late goals from Cooper DeLorey and Jenson White but entered halftime trailing 11–5.

The Gee-Gees put the game out of reach with six goals in the third quarter, three of them coming from Belair, to extend the lead to 17–6. Carleton opened the fourth with consecutive goals from White, but Ottawa answered with four of its own before Terrance Barrina closed out the scoring. Belair led Ottawa with six goals, while Lubiniecki added a hat trick. White paced the Ravens with four goals.

Final score: Ottawa 21, Carleton 9.
