The 2026 CUFLA regular season schedule is here. The road to the Baggataway Cup begins September 9, with 14 teams battling across Ontario and Quebec through November 1. The defending champion Guelph Gryphons begin their title defence, while 2025 finalists Nipissing look to take the next step. With rivalries, rematches and championship implications throughout the season, the race to Ottawa is officially on.

CUFLA has released its harmonized rulebook for the 2026 season, bringing World Lacrosse rules and CUFLA-specific adaptations together in one easy-to-reference document. The updated rulebook provides greater clarity and consistency for players, coaches, officials and teams.
